Technical Support & Training
Technical Support is a service we commonly associate with techies or geeks, solely dedicated to the task of knowing entirely too much about computing and frustratingly little about how to explain it or make it work for you. Our system of bookkeeping is so integrated into computers and networks we often know more about your networks, computers and internet-based functions than other employees. The following are just some of the tech support functions we have provided to customers:

- Coming to your place of business and repairing networks, computers and software when it malfunctions
- Optimizing and repairing your systems remotely (must be configured in advance but saves time and money)
2. Computer Purchase & Setup
- Helping to determine what types of computing technology is necessary and cost effective for your organization
- Installing software and preparing computer hardware for use
- Training personnel to use new technologies
- Suggesting technical solutions catered to your business and its operations
3. Setup & Administration of Internet Connections & Networks (including wireless networks and VPNs)
- Assessing the need for, setting up and maintaining internet connections and networks
- Assuring that network functions are redundant and secure
- Training personnel to use company networks and servers
4. Setup & Administration of Online Services
- Controlling and maintaining company domains and internet identities
- Setting up and maintaining company e-mail, FTP and HTML (hosting) accounts

- Monitoring networks and accounts for security threats from employees or outside users
- Making sure that all sensitive systems are password protected and encrypted (if possible) and that access can be easily controlled or denied

- Creating manuals, tutorials and videos teaching employees and managers how to utilize business technology
